Workshop Terms & Conditions 

By registering for the Breaking Limits Weekend Workshop, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of myself and/or the participant I am registering (including my child or student, if applicable).

I understand that participation in dance instruction and related workshop activities involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume those risks and release and hold harmless Breaking Limits, Brooke Maroon, and their employees, instructors, staff, contractors, and representatives from claims, demands, damages, or liability arising out of or related to participation in the workshop, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I understand and agree that any photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during the workshop may be used by Breaking Limits for promotional, marketing, educational, and publicity purposes, including on websites, social media, print materials, and video content, without compensation to the participant.

I understand that all registrations are final and that no refunds will be issued after registration, except where required by law.
