Registering myself, my child, my student or anyone for Breaking Limits releases BREAKING LIMITS, BROOKE MAROON, all employees, teachers and staff from any liability for any contracts, claims, liabilities, suits, actions, or damages of any kind regarding injuries or damages from any participation in BREAKING LIMITS WORKSHOP. I understand that all images from attending BREAKING LIMITS can be available for publicity purposes including print, SOCIAL MEDIA, video and DVD. Authorized legal representative’s signature:

• No refunds for any reason after registration.
• ALL PHOTOS & VIDEOS CAN BE USED  ON SOCIAL MEDIA/ ANY MARKETING BY BREAKING LIMITS/BROOKE MAROON/ALL FACULTY
• BREAKING LIMITS/BROOKE MAROON/ALL FACULTY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY THAT HAPPENS DURING BREAKING LIMITS WEEKEND
